Randy Couture New Singing Career is Taking Off

Former UFC Champ, Randy Couture New Singing Career is taking off

On the heels of his new Spike TV Show coaching gig, Fightmasters, Randy Couture New Singing Career is Taking Off!! We caught him a few weeks ago on stage with Elvis Monroe’s lead singer, Bryan Hopkins singing the old favorite by Jon Bon Jovi, Livin’ on a Prayer. But we’re just kidding, he’s not starting a new singing career or going through some type of midlife crisis. He jumped on stage with the band whom he is good friends with and sang one song.

Elvis Monroe is a group of musicians (Bryan Hopkins, Ben Carey, Matt Nelson, Ryan MacMillan and Danny Spriewald) all from other bands including Ben Carey of Lifehouse and formerly of Savage Garden as well as Ryan MacMillan, drummer of Matchbox Twenty. They were opened by actor, Thomas Ian Nicholas of the movie, American Pie whose been singing and songwriting for many years.

Elvis Monroe will be performing next week on Thursday June 20th at Red Rock Station (yup, owned by the Fertitta Brothers!) as well as Friday, June 20th at Sunset Station. Who knows, maybe Randy will show up and jump on stage again!

Not bad, for a former UFC Champion, right? Leave your thoughts about his singing in the comments below! Oh and check out some of the pics of Elvis Monroe including ones with Randy!
