The Randy Couture GI Foundation Poker Bike Run was held on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. In a trip that took us all over the Las Vegas valley, the poker run stopped in Goodsprings at the Pioneer Saloon, Mountain Springs, Mr D’s, Murphy’s Law, and ended up at Stoney’s.
It was a beautiful day for a ride and hundreds of people joined in. It was Combatlifestyle’s third time going on the run; by this time, we were pros! All proceeds from the run go to the GI foundation to benefit soldiers suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as Wounded Warriors. Lucky me got to ride with professional Drag Racer, Bill Windham and Lead Guitarist of Lifehouse, Ben Carey who were super duper companions to have around.
Tons of raffles and prizes were given out at the party held there at the end of the run. I got a chance to grab Randy for a short interview where he talks about the foundation and the rules of the event. Please check out the video below! What an awesome day!
