Tuff N Uff and the Candlelighters Association came together for their annual Knock Out Cancer event that was held at the Palms inside the Pearl. Local MMA Celebrities were on hand as the amateurs fought for the cause. Upstairs on the Mezzanine, there was a silent auction of items donated by various people.
